A day before, when Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were seen visiting a marriage license courthouse, speculated that they might’ve already wed, and then learned they are not but yet to marry. So everyone wanna knows when is their wedding actually taking place?
The couple freshly obtained a marriage license suggests they could be heading down the aisle very soon.
Here’s everything we know about the Bieber-Baldwin weddings so far.
The couple paid a visit the Marriage Bureau on Thursday, September 13.
TMZ published a photo of Justin and Hailey entering a marriage license courthouse in New York City yesterday. Bieber reportedly cried and told his fiancée, “I can’t wait to marry you, baby,” according to a source. Another insider said Bieber thanked a court official for “keeping it on the DL.”
Hailey Only confirmed that they’re not married yet.
Hailey tweeted that they haven’t married yet, despite a new report from People saying the couple is now legally married. “I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!” she tweeted.
The actual wedding could take place next year—or next week.
Baldwin told The Cut that the wedding will be in 2019, but according to another source which stated that she and Bieber could be exchanging vows “as early as next week.”
In New York, a marriage license is valid for 60 days. So if Justin and Hailey’s application is supposed to be approved yesterday then they could be saying “I do” in the next 2 months.
It’s rumoured to take place in Canada.
TMZ also reports that Justin and Hailey’s marriages may take place in the Bieber’s home country. When they were at the Marriage Bureau, they were reportedly overheard discussing leaving the country, sources told the site. However, the couple hasn’t confirmed yet as such.
No, Hailey is not pregnant.
A source clarified to TMZ that the short-lived engagement doesn’t imply that a baby is on the way: “100 per cent she’s not pregnant.”
Hailey doesn’t have a wedding gown yet.
Baldwin’s dress isn’t ready, but she has chosen a designer (who, obviously, remains secret), she told The Cut.
